Service and maintenance

As any plasterer or plaster sprayer knows by now, every plaster sprayer needs regular maintenance. This also applies to the Stuc-Trolley. We recommend that you have the machine checked every 5/6 months for wear of the worm and sheath or the drive blade. In this way, the Stuc-Trolley will serve you longer!

What service do we offer?

We offer the possibility to quickly and easily submit a complaint to us and immediately start the solution process. Depending on the type of problem, there are different service options available to choose from.

The more precise and detailed your description of the problem is, the faster we can address your complaint. A picture or video often says more than a thousand words - so it is always possible to send several attachments with your request.

What needs to be maintained on the Stuc-trolley?

Here we will give you a list of the necessary maintenance of this sprayer:

• Cleaning the compressor
• Checking/replacing rubber sealing rings
• Checking the bearings
• Tightening the gear belt
• Check/replace drive paddle
• Replace worm and sheath (after +/- 15 / 25 pallets of plaster.

Please note that the worm and sheath of the plasterer must be replaced every 15 to 25 pallets of plaster as standard. This is about after about half a year! This also applies to the drive paddle. If you do not do this, the Stuc-Trolley may suffer damage for which you are responsible.
