Plastering is a craft that requires skill and precision, but at the same time it can be hard work. After 25 years in the plastering business, we started looking for a way to make plastering easier. This eventually led to the development of the smallest and lightest plaster spraying machine, the Stuc-Trolley.

Of course there were plaster sprayers available at that time, but with major disadvantages; difficult to operate, heavy in weight, making it not possible to work with them independently.
All this experience and the aforementioned disadvantages were enough input to start working with them. The result was the solution for every (self-employed) plasterer Stuc-Trolley: the smallest and lightest (24 kg) plaster sprayer available !!!!.

The development
Through years of testing and further development of the Stuc-Trolley, we have finally come to know that not only raking work can be done with this plaster sprayer. In fact, the Stuc-Trolley is also extremely suitable for applying thin layers of plaster (film work) in a new home.
The self-developed, built-in compressor, gives the pump an enormous air capacity, such that the spray pattern gives a beautiful result in both cases. The sprayed material is easy to rework, on both walls and ceilings.
Plasterer so clean....
When using traditional plasterers, messes are created quickly and there is a relatively large amount of waste. Especially cleaning creates quite a waste volume, which has to be disposed of in buckets or bags.
When using the Stuc-Trolley, you spend much less time cleaning, have much less waste and much less mess. When used correctly, you will have no more than a small bucket of waste water to deal with.
The weight
Traditional plaster casters are heavy and must be transported and reassembled in parts, no matter what floor is being worked on. Our biggest challenge is to make the Stuc-Trolley as light as possible, to make it as easy as possible to use and transport.
Weighing less than 24 kg, the trolley is suitable for independent use regardless of the location (floor) or size of the job.
No loose parts, no extra compressor, sufficient hose length (7 meters) and thus no obstacle in any stucco work.
