Service and maintenance

As any plasterer or plaster sprayer knows by now, every plaster sprayer needs regular maintenance. This also applies to the Stuc-Trolley. We advise you to take out a maintenance contract with us from €50,- per month. (This is much cheaper than a single maintenance service once every 6 months). This will cost more than 300, - euros!

What service do we offer?

As a growing innovative company, we want to provide nothing but the best and fastest service. We offer the possibility to quickly and easily submit a complaint to us and immediately start the resolution process. Depending on the type of problem, there are different service options available to choose from.

• For complaints about machines or spare parts and warranty claims, please fill out the complaint form below.
• For worm and sheath replacement, we offer expert assistance through our help form below.
• For repair requests, please fill out the repair form below.

The more precise and detailed your description of the problem is, the faster we can address your complaint. A picture or video often says more than a thousand words - so it is always possible to send several attachments with your request.

What needs to be maintained on the Stuc-trolley?

Here we will give you a list of the necessary maintenance of this sprayer:

• Change oil compressor
• Check/replace rubber sealing rings
• Check the bearings
• Tighten gear belt
• Replace worm and sheath (after +/- 1000 m2 or 10 pallets of plaster.

Keep in mind that the worm and sheath of the plaster sprayer must be replaced every 10 pallets of plaster as standard. This is approximately after about half a year

(This is not included in the maintenance contract!)
